What payment methods are accepted?

The T/T payment method is convenient and efficient; you can remit funds according to the bank account information we provide. The L/C payment method ensures transaction security through bank credit; we accept irrevocable at sight letters of credit. Additionally, for some long-term stable cooperation clients, other suitable payment methods such as PayPal can be negotiated after evaluation, but the specifics depend on the actual situation.
Is there room for negotiation on the price? Is there a discount for bulk purchases?

Does the product support customization (OEM/ODM)?
We have strong customization capabilities and can carry out OEM/ODM production according to your needs. If you require customized products, such as adding a specific logo to the product, adjusting colors, changing sizes, or developing new features, please provide detailed design drawings, technical requirements, and other relevant information. Our professional team will work closely with you, following the entire process from product design to production and delivery, ensuring that the customized products meet your expectations.
Can you provide samples? How are the costs and shipping fees handled?
We are very happy to provide samples for your testing and evaluation. For regular products, samples are provided free of charge, but you need to bear the shipping cost. The sample shipping cost will be calculated based on your location and the chosen shipping method, and we will explain the details to you after confirming your sample request. If you place an order later that reaches a certain amount, the sample cost can be deducted from the order. Customized product samples may incur a certain fee, which will be determined based on the customization requirements.
Can I have my own customized product?
Yes. OEM and ODM services are available, including design, logos, packaging, etc.
When is the delivery time?
Stock orders are within 7-15 days. For OEM and ODM orders, the specific time depends on the actual situation.
Do you inspect the products before shipment?
