Introduction to Fire-Resistant Tarpaulins
Fire-resistant tarpaulins are manufactured by coating a glass-fiber base fabric with a paste-like polyvinyl chloride resin, compounded with accelerators, mildew inhibitors, anti-aging agents, antistatic agents, and other chemical additives, followed by high-temperature plasticization. They exhibit excellent water resistance, mildew resistance, cold resistance, aging resistance, and antistatic properties. Moreover, their tensile strength at break, tear elongation, and tear strength significantly outperform those of conventional tarpaulins. The product boasts a vibrant, colorful appearance that is visually appealing. A special surface treatment provides slip resistance, making it an internationally popular waterproof fabric. It is available in exceptionally wide widths—up to 2 meters—which reduces the need for seam splicing during fabrication, thereby enhancing product quality. Heat-sealing can be used for joining, eliminating the risk of leaks caused by sewing. Additionally, we can produce customized products with varying functions, colors, and thicknesses to meet specific customer requirements.
