Product Introduction
Silicone cloth, also known as fabric-reinforced silicone, is made by high-temperature vulcanization of silicone. It has acid and alkali resistance, wear resistance, high and low temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. It is a type of silicone tube used in chemical plants, refineries, ports, industrial hot water and steam transportation, automotive, medical, diving, food, and other industries. It is especially a multilayer high-pressure resistant material made from silicone rubber.

Used between low temperature -70°C and high temperature 230°C. Resistant to ozone, oxygen, light, and weather aging. Excellent weather resistance for outdoor use, with a lifespan of up to 10 years. It has high insulation performance,
dielectric constant 3-3.2, breakdown voltage 20-50KV/MM. Good flexibility, high surface friction, and good elasticity.
Main Uses
1. Electrical insulation: Silicone cloth has a high electrical insulation rating, can withstand high voltage loads, and can be made into insulation cloth, sleeves, and other products.
2. Fireproof cloth is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, fireproof covers, building materials, shipyards, firefighting, and other industrial fields; lining and external packaging decoration of refractory products; can be used for fireproof shutters in residential and public places, roofing and interior building decoration, interrogation room soft padding, ceiling decoration materials, and other fireproof fields.
4. Other fields: Silicone rubber coated fiberglass membrane structural materials can be applied in building sealing materials, high-temperature corrosion-resistant conveyor belts, packaging materials, and other fields. Silicone cloth is also divided into single-sided silicone cloth and double-sided silicone cloth.
